Doppelcrats
DOPPELCRATS is an all-too-timely electoral romantic comedy about two young men running for the same state senate seat: a politically savvy congressman, and a charismatic, unpolished citizen. These men could not be more different— except for the fact that they share the same exact first and last name—Ben Friedman— and they are determined to win by any means necessary. Complications arise when the two Bens find themselves falling in love with one another. Will these candidates successfully take each other out of the running? Or will they just take each other out?
