Gaurav Mishra
Gaurav Mishra is a playwright, composer, and sound designer based in New York City.
He recently obtained an MFA in Musical Theatre Writing from NYU Tisch and is currently a member of the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop. Prior to his time in NYC, he earned degrees in Theatre & Performance Studies, Music Composition, and Economics & Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Gaurav’s original musical, “Beach Songs” is currently a semifinalist for the O’Neill National Musical Theatre Conference, as was his other musical, “Featherdreamer,” in 2024. He also releases indie pop songs as Enyn, as whom he has gained over 400,000 Spotify streams.
Gaurav regularly gigs as a sound designer and incidental music composer in venues across the country, and currently also works as a production accountant for Broadway shows.
Gaurav loves birds, falling asleep to podcasts, and the city of Lille, France.
